Interface:
Data & Information Window
The Data & Information window displays selected
entries from the Table of Contents or the results of any search
you conduct, offering data in two formats: interactive tables
and static document (PDF) displays.

When you have conducted a search, any hits are automatically
displayed in the Search Results and Data window. The hits are
browseable, in the same way that you can browse the Table of
Contents, by selecting either the Text 
icon or the Table 
icon on the right hand side of the entry title. The number of
hits per item in the Handbook is listed on the right-hand
side of the search results screen next to each search hit.

When you select an item from the window a new window is opened
with either the table or document requested.
Interface:
Search Menu Commands
The Search Menu section of the interface enables you
perform a basic search by entering a term or formula in the
'Search' box or to perform a Substance/property search by clicking
on the Substance/Property search link which enables searching
across multiple fields.
