Searching
the Handbook: Searching within a Document (PDF)
To search for a particular term or phrase within the documents
of the database, load the relevant document (e.g. ‘International
System of Units’, Section 1) by selecting it from the Table
of Contents. Click on the binoculars (Find) icon within the
Acrobat Reader window and enter your search terms. The term/s
will then be highlighted throughout the text, provided you are
using Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4.0 or later.
